Test taker

If you use our service by taking one or more tests we collect PII to be able to provide the service. This includes name, contact details and for certain tests background information such as gender, year of birth, what industry you are working in, occupation, nationality, language skills and education level.

We collect PII to make sure the science behind our tests is right. This data is used for scientific statistical analysis at the group level to develop the validity and reliability of the tests as well as develop new psychometric knowledge.

When an organization requests your test results there will be additional terms you have to agree upon before your results are shared. Your PII will not be shared with any other third parties.

We will process your PII for as long as you wish to use our service.

Customer

If you are a customer of ours we collect PII to be able to provide the service. That includes name, contact and billing details as well as other optional PII to enhance the user experience.
